advance directive support

i will support you in the tender work of identifying and getting clear about your end-of-life wishes and desires. i will guide you in filling out an advance directive and support you in having conversations with your chosen family about your wishes. this session is offered in-person or over-zoom. This can also become an advance directive gathering where you gather your immediate community \ family of choice \ beloveds for a guided conversation about death, life and how you each wish to show up for each other and yourselves. after finding your desires i will guide you in filling out an advance directive and having it known and signed by your chosen ones.
dead name ritual

we will identify all the energetic and physical knots your dead-name has in your being. you will decide which ones serve you and which ones do not. we will release the ones that do not serve you and untangle the ones you choose to keep. we will create a ritual of letting-go and calling-in intuitively designed for your wholeness. this session can be split into two 30-minute sessions if desired and is offered in-person or over-zoom.

is there a name you’ve never voiced, not even to yourself, or a name that is ready to be adorned, or a name awaiting? we will listen, play, untether, explore, and remember your true name. the ceremony of becoming fully oneself to oneself in the spiritual, physical and energetic realms. if you are ready to legalize your name i am here to go through the steps with you and guide you through the bureaucratic process. this session is offered in-person or over-zoom.

my practice is centered in Reiki energy healing and the lineage work of my blood/star\lines. my approach is intuitive, holistic and is rooted in visions of em(bodi(ment, rest\/oration, and be/long\ing. i intentionally gather the offerings to meet your individual needs. connecting and re/\balancing that which has been stolen, buried, and disconnected through generational wounds, oppression, forced migration, violence, and lost cultures. this work is elemental and calls upon the specificity and uniqueness of the elements within you. the practices are held in pleasure, radical rest, and liberatory grief.
these services are offered for everyone and i am centering bodies who have experienced and survived childhood sexual abuse, incest, and sexual violence. the constellation of this work weaves and is not limited to:
re/\choosing yourself, seeding and watering self-love and offering yourself consent. homecoming ceremonies for your intuition and trust. re/member\ing being. healing sexual expressions and liberating desires. rituals for eros, and the gathering all of who you are\were\willbe. inner-child/\little-one tending, parenting, rewilding and celebrating. re/\learning transitions, gravity, senses, and sensitivities. practices of re/\association specifically for those who have been gaslit, groomed and learned to dissociate as a surviving tool. grief work. offering our bodies as vessels for the grief work needed within our lineages,

making sure our families of choice, our heart-kin, our true care-takers and namesakes are able to holistically, fully, and legally take care of us, advocate for us, and tend to us in all the ways we desire and deserve. may we die with dignity and live in freedom. everything from advance-directive support and gatherings, to end-of-life plans and ceremonies, to navigating institutions that do not know how to care for our multidimensional bodies and communities.
