i believe in healing at the pace of our nervous systems and moving at the pace of our breath*. i am a death laborer carrying a prayer for the liberation of the land of Palestine and the lands of our bodies. digging the ancient practices of death and ritual in our own lineages to radically shift how we live and tend to life. i keep fires and submerge myself in ocean and sea water often. as a survivor of childhood sexual abuse and state-violence i believe we can embody our wholeness through the reclaiming of our sexualities, memories, and sensorial sensitivities. i affirm the knowing that you are your own healer and that you are already whole. as an energy work practitioner i intuit myself to be a vessel of service for your path and healing. holding a space for co-creation, co-conspiration, and wild imagination. a space for heart.
